RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND REFUND POLICY

We are sorry that you are not satisfied with your order. We have a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return or an exchange.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

Please note that we do not bear the costs for the return or exchange. There will be a CHF 5.95 processing fee deducted from your return or exchange.

If possible, please return the items in their original packaging to minimise the environmental footprint of the process.

- Please note that we do not bear the costs for the return or exchange.

- Once we have received your package, we will check the conditions of the items.

- Please note that if the items are damaged, worn, or returned in unsuitable conditions, we reserve the right to deduct non-refundable damages or not to issue a refund at all.  

- There will be a CHF 5.95 processing fee deducted from your return.

EXCHANGES

- Send the items you wish to exchange to the indicated address.

- Please note that we do not bear the costs for the return or exchange.

- Once we have received your package, we will check the conditions of the items.

- Please note that if the items are damaged, worn, or returned in unsuitable conditions, we reserve the right to deduct non-refundable damages or not to issue a refund at all. 

- There will be a CHF 5.95 processing fee deducted from your return.

- We will send you the new items you ordered only once we received the items you wish to exchange.

REFUNDS

Please allow up to 30 days to complete the refund process. The refund will be made using the same payment method you used during your initial purchase. An email will be sent with your refund confirmation once it is completed.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-returnable or damaged items

Once we have received your package, we will check the conditions of the items. Please note that if the items are damaged, worn, or returned in unsuitable conditions, we reserve the right to deduct non-refundable damages or not to issue a refund at all.  

It is the customer’s responsibility to send the items to the correct address. Items will not be replaced or refunded if sent to an incorrect address. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
